Movement is at the core of how we function in this world. From the macroscopic movement of how we interact with our environment in the form of structured exercise, activities of daily living or occupational demands to the microscopic movement of physiological processes that may be influenced again by such things as nutrition, sleep, stress and mental emotional well-being.
In extension, this also encompasses the progressive movement of our character or psyche to becoming stronger versions of ourselves or moving along the path to fulfill our purpose in this world. In short, movement is the vessel that connects basic life processes with higher level functioning and our ability to interact with the world around us.
